Private beta, autumn 2026
Skip the standup.
Keep the signal.
Driftboard collects each teammate's daily check-in whenever it suits their timezone, then delivers one calm morning digest with blockers on top. No call, no calendar hold, no "quick sync" that eats your deep work.
No spam. One email when the beta opens, one when you are in.

How it works
A standup that fits around your day, not the other way round
Four quiet mechanics replace the 10:00 am ritual and give every teammate their morning back.
Check in on your own clock
Driftboard pings each person once a day at a time they chose, in Slack or by email. Three prompts, sixty seconds: what moved, what is next, what is in the way. Nobody dials into anything.
One digest, not thirty pings
Every morning the whole team gets a single tidy digest, grouped by project, with blockers pinned to the top. Read it with your coffee in two minutes and know exactly where the week stands.
Blocker radar catches the quiet stalls
When a thread sits unanswered past 24 hours, Driftboard flags it and nudges the one person who can unblock it. Privately, politely, before a stuck day becomes a stuck sprint.
Timezone-native, quiet-hours strict
Crews from Auckland to Austin see the same picture without anyone waking at dawn. Driftboard respects quiet hours by default and never schedules a notification into someone's night.

FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers
Anything else, write to hello@driftboard.example and a human replies within a day.
How is this different from a Slack reminder bot?
Reminder bots collect answers and dump them in a channel, which becomes its own noise. Driftboard synthesizes everyone's check-ins into one grouped digest, pins blockers to the top, and tracks whether they actually get resolved.
When does the beta open?
We are onboarding crews from the waitlist in small weekly batches starting autumn 2026. Earlier signups board first, and we will email you exactly once when your spot is ready.
Do my teammates all need accounts?
No. Teammates can answer their daily prompt straight from Slack or email without ever logging in. Only the person who sets up the crew needs an account.
What does joining the waitlist commit me to?
Nothing. It reserves your place in the beta queue and locks launch pricing for 12 months if you later subscribe. You can ignore the invite with zero consequences.
Where does our data live?
Check-ins are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the EU, and never used to train models. Export or delete your crew's data at any time from settings.
Give your team its mornings back
The average remote team spends 100 hours a year standing up. Join the waitlist and spend them shipping instead.
